She started posting fitness tips and workout videos of herself on her personal social media accounts to gain following . Her goal was to normalize exercise and provide comfort in the fact that everyone’s path to being fit is different. She posted her struggles and successes. She wanted to ensure that everyone knew that just because they haven't met their goal yet, does not mean they won't achieve it. All you need is to start. Overtime, her following grew and her peers became more interested. They would ask for fitness and nutrition tips and eventually started asking to share workouts.
