 Semi-private memberships include meal guides and lifestyle coaching to ensure the client receives the best possible outcome. FITT HOUSE operates as a membership facility, meaning all missed and canceled sessions cannot be made up and are non-refundable with no exceptions. Please try to attend all sessions to get the best use of your membership.

Class formats composed of HIIT, Bootcamp, Circuit, and Endurance-style training. Semi-Private sessions ARE NOT geared toward weight gain. Please see our personal training tab for those services.

Additional class times are added based on need.

Mon - Thurs: 6pm (NOW ACCEPTING MEMBERS)
