Summer body season is here!!!!!! If you start this week, by June 1st you’ll be a whole new person. By July 1st….YOU’LL HAVE A WHOLE KNEW BODY. During this time of year a lot of us have a lot of external motivation. It’s festival season, vacation season, Leo season (I’m August 11th lol). Get that motivation and KEEP IT ! Set a workout routine. Plan your meals. LEAVE THE CHEAT DAYS ALONE. LEAVE THE CHEAT MEALS ALONE.  I challenge you to :

  • No Alcohol (yes I know Cinco De Mayo is coming up—toughen up)

  • No Fast Food

  • No Fried Food

  • 64oz of Water a day

Do this, and on June 1st you’ll be a new you!!!!
